This yoga class is suitable for anyone but particularly directed to anyone suffering from stiffness, back pain, shoulder and neck pain, scoliosis or limited spine, shoulders and hip mobility.  

We will gently move and roll through postures, exploring all the 6 movements of the spine in order to loosen up the joints and leave you feeling relaxed and recharged.
Complete beginners welcome.
