at The Dock Hub


My classes include a series of postures and gentle stretches connected in a slow flow that guide you into deep relaxation, through fun and light-hearted sequences. ​​These classes are suitable for beginners but always contain options for the more experienced yoginis and yogis. I will include pranayama (breathing exercises) and mindfulness and you will leave with a newfound calm energy. 

These classes have been created with a community spirit in mind and therefore the idea to make yoga affordable to everyone. The space at The Dock Hub was not born as a yoga studio but together we will transform it into one as you bring your energy and commitment to yoga to the class. 

Some mats will be provided but bring your own if you have it.

Drop in class price is £7 and you can purchase a 10 sessions class pass for £60 to use within 3 months. If you purchase in December, it will be valid until the 7th of March, due to holidays.

The entrance for these classes is from Lorna Rd, 103. Once you get through the first door, there is a door bell on the left that states "yoga" - ring it if I am not there to welcome you! Don't follow the google map directions for The Dock Hub as these will send you to the Wilbury Villas entrance. Follow these directions instead.

The 1 hour long classes will be running every Wednesday at 5.30pm and every Thursday at 8am. Check this website for the monthly schedule to be updated on closure for holidays.

No classes on the 20th and 21st

Please pay in order to book the class and message me or email me to tell me you are coming. Cancellation policy: please let me know 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours can't be refunded.

This yoga class is suitable for anyone but particularly directed to anyone suffering from stiffness, back pain, shoulder and neck pain, scoliosis or limited spine, shoulders and hip mobility.  

We will gently move and roll through postures, exploring all the 6 movements of the spine in order to loosen up the joints and leave you feeling relaxed and recharged.
Complete beginners welcome.

I can tailor the class on your needs, we can look at your posture and create a doable routine together or simply practice in the comfort of your my little studio in Hove.
