YOGA FOR SPINAL MOBILITY

I will teach 4 classes in January at The Space studio (92-98 Northease Drive, Hove).
Every Monday from the 10th of January, 6-7pm
This yoga class is specifically designed to increase the mobility of our spine and neck.
It is suitable for anyone but particulary directed to anyone suffering from stiffness, back pain, shoulder and neck pain, scoliosis or limited spine, shoulders and hip mobility.
We will gently move and roll through postures, exploring all the 6 movements of the spine in order to loosen up the joints and leave you feeling relaxed and recharged.
Complete beginners welcome.
ONE-TO-ONE YOGA SESSIONS
Whether you are an absolute beginner, you want to deepen your practice or you have specific health needs, one-to-one sessions are the perfect fit for you.
I can tailor the class on your needs, we can look at your posture and create a doable routine together or simply practice in the comfort of your own home.
